Introduction:

My name is Annette Stowasser. I am a undergraduate at Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH) and work on a BS in Computer Science and Biology. I started in 2003 as a freshman and plan to graduate in 2007 or 2008. My GPA is a bit above 3.5/4.0.

Research Interests:

My research interests are in the field of computational biology. Here, I am working on protein folding. The methods, developed by our group, allow the simulation and analyzis of the protein folding process. My goal is to develop a method and its best application to compare experimental data with data from protein folding simulations.
