Week 4

We searched for experimental intrinsic tryptophan fluorescence data for 2ABD, and found the following paper:

I collected simulated fluorescence data for 2ABD and started to compare it with the experimental data.

I am doing this for the simulated dominant Secondary Structure Formation Order Pathway at the moment.

Other than that, I am excited about going to WAFR in about 2 weeks. I am preparing by reading the papers.
