Week 6

I sorted data for 1GB1. It seems to be that there are not enough representative native contacts in 1GB1 for getting usefull simulation data. I summarized the results in my documentations, as a web page (not published yet).

I found experimental data for 1NYF and run the simulation. Reference paper for the experimental data:
