Week 9

Monday and Tuesday were poster days. We had the poster finished on time and at least we like the poster. The poster sessions were on Thursday and Friday.

Honestly, I had not idea what I was doing. This was the first poster session I saw in my life. On Thursday, before the first session, we had a practice. This did not go well. I still didn't know how to represent what I did the last 8 weeks within a couple of sentences. I just love talking about what I did... too much..... The next question was on which level do I start to explain all those things? The problem was finding some intermediate between explaining complex things to grade school kids and to people who have the same or much higher knowledge I have.

Well, the first poster session then worked better than I thought. I worked hard on not to talk too much and getting a feeling about on which level I start, but I was really tired on Thursday night.

The session on Friday went even better, I had actually a lot of fun at the end. Well, I certainly still need some more experiences with this, but at least it looks like that there is hope.....:)
