My name is Olga Pearce.
I am from Lviv, a beautiful old European city in Ukraine. Before I turned into a computer nerd, I received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree from the International Christian University (ICU) in Kyiv, Ukraine. Then I followed my calling and earned a Bachelors in Computer Science and Mathematics from Western Oregon University.
Now I am a Ph.D. student at Texas A&M University, in the department of Computer Science. Getting a doctoral degree is a lengthy experience, and if you personally know any Ph.D. students, you probably have learned that it is almost impolite to ask "so, when are you going to graduate?" So, don't ask me!! Just kidding, I am sure I will graduate sooner or later.
