Guidelines for final paper submissions to WAFR 2004

Final version of the accepted papers for WAFR 2004 must be submitted before June 4, 2004 by email to This deadline is strict. Failing to meet the deadline will result in your paper not being included in the proceedings.

The proceedings of WAFR 2004 will be published by Springer-Verlag. As a result papers must follow the Springer-Verlag format guidelines. They must be submitted as pdf files.

Springer's web site has information for preparing your chapter using plain TeX, LaTeX2e, and LaTeX 2.09. You can download these these instructions together with the style files here: Instructions for authors using LaTeX.

Papers can have a maximum of 16 pages in the indicated Springer format. Longer papers will NOT be put in the proceedings. Shorter papers are of course welcome as well.

During the meeting a preliminary version of the proceedings will be made available to the participants. The actual proceedings will be produced after the meeting and mailed to all participants. There will though be NO possibility to adapt you paper in between. The papers will be send to Springer already in June, directly after the deadline.
